We would like to communicate to people in Japan on the flavors, cooking, and culture of the highland region in Nepal. We prepared fusion nepal dishes combining fresh Japanese ingredients such as seafood with Nepal cooking. We aim for natural food using spices with beneficial effects to the body without using any chemical ingredients. SANTIPUR group aims for a “place” in which customers can spend a relaxing time eating food that is good for the body in a quiet and calm atmosphere. We provide some halal dishes as well. The meat may not be halal depending on the time, so pleas consult with us upon visit prior to ordering.
