"Tetsuo Sumimura, the founder of the Fuku Yoshi brand, was deeply impressed by the exquisite taste of the highest quality cut of beef, the Chateaubriand. Motivated by the desire to share this flavor with Muslim patrons, he applied his own experience and knowledge to develop the 'Wagyu Halal Melting Hamburger Steak.' Fuku Yoshi aimed for a melting texture and tender quality similar to Chateaubriand. Our signature dish is a premium hamburger steak that captures the deliciousness of black Wagyu beef. Enjoy the Wagyu Halal Hamburger Steak in our spacious restaurant, where you can grill it yourself on a hotplate right at your table!
