At Sakura hotel Hatagaya, we welcome approximately 30,000 foreign customers annually from over 100 different countries, and provide unique original dishes made from local recipes that customers teach us. Most menus are only available for a limited time, and we are providing new dishes all the time. There are many new dishes every time you come visit us! We have eaten schiff kebab in Karachi Kabul, Peshawar, and chopan kabob of Mazār-e Sharīf. Make distinctive lamb dishes. SAFARI located in Akasaka is an African restaurant that opened in 2008. We serve healthy menu without using almost no oil prepared by Wandasan from Ethiopia, who used to be a chef at “Rose de Sahara,” a well-established African restaurant with more than 20 years of history (closed on July 2007). You will find a new finding in each dish. We serve menu from African regions such as droite and inkjera, which are local specialty in Ethiopia (requires reservation), Jollof rice from West Africa, Sambosa from East Africa, tamiya from Egypt, etc. We use halal meat for all our meat. Muslim customers may enjoy dishes without worries.
The owner of this restaurant is vegetarian himself. We get many female customers, and some of our popular menus are bagel sandwich and daily plate sets. We reproduced massaman curry, which was ranked the no.1 in “50 best foods in the world” with the original recipe by T’s restaurant. The spicy flavor and the aroma of coconut is a great combination. Our sweets that do not use any dairy products or eggs are also very popular.
