Our chef came back to Japan after training in France and absorbing the spirit of French cooking. Chef Kashiwagi won 3rd place in the world championship for “Prix Culinaire International Pierre Taittinger” in 2003, and showed the world his talent in cooking in various other contests. He goes to the place of production himself to feel the ingredients and take in the smell to carry out his faith in “Actually going to the actual site and make efforts in searching for food ingredients.” Please enjoy our evolutionary “modern and classic” French cooking that handles food ingredients with strong faith in order to deliver delicious food to customers.
